All class times are 1 hour in length. Within the 1 hour we will stretch, have a warm-up, do some skill work, and then complete the daily WOD (workout of the day). Each class for the day will be the same, unless you are in OnRamp classes.
Monday-Friday : Daily WOD
4:30pm / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Saturday : Daily WOD
6:30/ 7:30am/ 8:30
