All class times are 1 hour in length. Within the 1 hour we will stretch, have a warm-up, do some skill work, and then complete the daily WOD (workout of the day). Each class for the day will be the same, unless you are in OnRamp classes. When starting Crossfit Elusive, each member will attend and complete OnRamp classes. These classes are a month long, 3 times per week (or 12 classes), and will give you an introduction to the functional movements in crossfit.

4:30pm / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Saturday : Daily WOD
